Story
14+ years from tech support to full-stack. I work directly with founders and small teams — no agency markup, just shipped work.
The name is Malay: Muai means to rise, to swell, to grow. Gemilang means glorious, radiant — the shine of something finished well. It's my own story too — from junior tech support engineer answering hosting tickets in 2011 to a full-stack developer, automation builder, and coach today.

Process
I keep projects lean. Discovery call first, scoped proposal second, delivery in tight milestones with async updates. I use modern tooling so handoff is clean — you own everything. Turning a founder's raw idea into shipped, working software, directly — no agency markup.

Bahasa Malaysia (native), English (fluent). All client communication and documentation in English.
